Welcome to 92pkrg (the "Platform"), an English-language online gaming information and entertainment service operated at the domain 92pkrg.cam. These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and 92pkrg (the "Platform Operator", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of all content, features and services provided through this Platform.

92pkrg is designed as an informational and entertainment resource for Pakistani users and others who access this Platform from jurisdictions where doing so is lawful. Subject to your full compliance with these Terms, 92pkrg grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational and entertainment purposes only.

This licence expressly excludes the following unless you have obtained prior written consent from 92pkrg:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing or publishing any Content from the Platform for commercial purposes.
• Modifying, adapting, translating or creating derivative works based on the Platform's Content.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any software element of the Platform.
• Systematically scraping, harvesting or extracting data from the Platform by automated means.
• Framing or deep-linking to the Platform in a manner that misrepresents the source or origin of the Content.

The Platform is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on 92pkrg constitutes financial advice, legal advice, betting advice or any other form of professional advice. Users rely on the Content entirely at their own risk.

92pkrg makes no representations or warranties that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

You must not use the Platform in any manner that:

• Violates any Applicable Law or regulation, including those relating to gambling, data protection, intellectual property or consumer protection.
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, misleading or designed to cause harm to 92pkrg or to other users.
• Involves the transmission of unsolicited bulk communications (spam), malware, viruses or any other harmful or disruptive code.
• Constitutes unauthorized access to, interference with or disruption of the Platform's systems, servers or networks.
• Involves the impersonation of any individual, entity or representative of 92pkrg.
• Attempts to circumvent any security or authentication measure implemented on the Platform.
• Uses the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorism financing or any other criminal activity.
• Involves collecting, harvesting or storing personal data of other users without their explicit consent.
• Violates the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights or rights of publicity.

Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of your access to the Platform and may be reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.

All Intellectual Property rights in the Platform and its Content are owned by or licensed to 92pkrg. Nothing in these Terms transfers any Intellectual Property right to you.

The 92pkrg name, logo, domain name and all associated branding elements are the proprietary marks of the Platform Operator. You must not use these marks in any manner — including as metatags, in search engine advertising, or in any printed or digital material — without express prior written authorisation from 92pkrg.

Third-party trademarks, brand names and logos referenced in the Content — including but not limited to payment service providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to these names is for contextual, informational purposes only. It does not imply affiliation, endorsement or partnership with 92pkrg, nor does it imply that those providers endorse or support gambling activities.

Any Content you submit or upload to the Platform (where such functionality exists) is granted to 92pkrg under a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify and distribute for the purposes of operating the Platform.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 92pkrg expressly disclaims all warranties including:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free or free from viruses.
• Any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of any Content published on the Platform.
• Any warranty that the Platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

In particular, 92pkrg makes no representation or warranty that:

• Any bonus offer, promotional figure or jackpot amount described in our Content reflects currently available terms at any operator. All illustrative figures are subject to change and must be verified directly with the relevant operator before relying on them.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 92pkrg, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and content providers shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or its Content.
• Financial losses arising from gambling decisions made in reliance on Content published on the Platform.
• Loss of data, revenue, profit, business or reputation resulting from use of the Platform.
• Errors, omissions, inaccuracies or interruptions in the Content, regardless of whether 92pkrg was advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Actions or omissions of third-party operators, payment providers or any other third parties referenced or linked from the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under Applicable Law, 92pkrg's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed PKR 1,000 (Pakistani Rupees one thousand) or the equivalent in any other currency.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless 92pkrg and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of the Platform in breach of these Terms.
• Any Content you submit, upload or transmit through the Platform.
• Your violation of any Applicable Law or any third-party rights.
• Any misrepresentation made by you to 92pkrg or any third party in connection with the Platform.

92pkrg reserves the right to assume exclusive control of the defence of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with 92pkrg's defence of such claims. You must not settle any such claim without the prior written consent of 92pkrg.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how 92pkrg collects, processes, stores and protects your personal data in connection with your use of the Platform.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy, you must not use the Platform.

92pkrg does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data collected through the Platform is used solely for operating the Platform, improving user experience, preventing fraud and complying with legal obligations.

All monetary figures cited in the Platform's Content (including PKR-denominated illustrative amounts) are examples only. They do not represent current deposit limits, withdrawal amounts, jackpot pools or promotional values at any specific operator. Always verify current figures directly in the operator's cashier or terms documentation.

92pkrg reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Conduct that we reasonably believe may expose 92pkrg, its users or third parties to legal, financial or reputational harm.
• Any fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity conducted through or in connection with the Platform.
• Requirement to do so under Applicable Law or the order of a competent authority.

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect.

You may cease using the Platform at any time. Cessation of use does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to the date of cessation.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92pkrg is registered and operates.

Where the Platform is accessed by users in Pakistan, users acknowledge that Pakistani law — including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002, and other applicable statutes — may independently govern their conduct and rights. These Terms do not override any Applicable Law in any user's home jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and 92pkrg arising under or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents 92pkrg from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court at any time.

92pkrg reserves the right to update, amend or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible on this page, identified by the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document.

We may — but are not obliged to — provide advance notice of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform homepage, by updating the "Last Updated" date or by other reasonable means of notification. However, it is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

No amendment to these Terms shall modify or supersede any agreement reached between you and a third-party operator independently of the Platform.
